Fortune Season Limited ("FS") has been established in Hong Kong since 2016 by a group of experienced CPA, company secretary and corporate governance professionals to provide cost-effective professional service solutions. FS has been licensed as Trust or Company Service Provider (“ TCSP”) by Companies Registry of Hong Kong ( www.tcsp.cr.gov.hk ). To further strengthen legal professional services, FS has strategically partnered with Ma Tang & Co., which consists of more than 10 solicitors in Hong Kong to serve particularly financial institutions and listed companies. Being veterans of senior professionals of listed companies and financial institutions, FS management team has quickly and successfully commenced various professional services, including fund setup & administration, accounting & company secretary, and legal & compliance. FS has expanded its service team into Shenzhen and Taiwan since 2018 in bid to better serve clients’ expansion in Greater Bay Area.
